Hi there! I’m Celeste Salazar, a Master’s Level Therapist and recent graduate of Grand Canyon University. I’m so glad you’re here. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel seen and empowered, and this shapes the way I approach therapy.

When it comes to my approach, I take a warm and collaborative stance in therapy, meeting clients where they are and helping them build resilience, confidence, and self-awareness. I integrate evidence-based techniques to support emotional well-being and personal growth, ensuring that each session is tailored to the client’s unique needs.

In my work, I especially enjoy supporting both teenagers and adults as they navigate their own paths toward healing. Because I believe that true healing happens when you feel seen, heard, and supported, I move at a pace that feels right for each individual.

I understand how heavy things can feel when you’re carrying the weight of depression, anxiety, or major life changes. Whether it’s adjusting to new environments, coping with loss, or trying to find a sense of belonging, these experiences can be overwhelming. My personal journey has given me a deep understanding of the emotional challenges clients of all ages may face, and a heartfelt belief in the resilience we all carry, even when it doesn’t always feel that way.

Ultimately, my hope is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, where you can process, grow, and begin to rediscover peace and confidence in your life.
