Cassidi Beckstein, is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensed to provide services in Arizona, Florida (telehealth only) and Wisconsin (telehealth only). Cassidi is the founder of Beckstein and Associates Behavioral Health, a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and a board approved supervisor with over 15 years of experience in the field. An Arizona native, having attended the University of Arizona for an undergraduate degree in Family Studies and Human Development and obtaining a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University.
Cassidi specializes in working with adults struggling with complex trauma/C-PTSD, PTSD, religious trauma, childhood and attachment wounds, perfectionism, imposter syndrome and dissociative disorders. Cassidi's passion is to empower client's to live their true, authentic lives often utilizing an integrative approach, through a trauma lens, to assist in healing and symptom management. In addition, Cassidi works with empowerment and assertiveness coaching to help client's reach lifelong goals. Highly trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Structural Dissociation Theory, Cassidi assists clients in navigating healing past traumas and childhood wounds. Cassidi believes in equity for all and strives to support authenticity through diversity and inclusion,
practicing from an affirming, trauma informed and social justice lens.
In addition to providing therapy services and running a group practice, Cassidi is passionate about working with other clinicians to train and support in best practices when working with complex trauma and dissociative disorders. Cassidi provides both one on one and group setting consultation services for complex trauma and dissociative disorders to counseling professionals all over the country. Cassidi is currently working on development of complex trauma and dissociation trainings for counseling professionals, a dissociation journal to support clients is in it's production phase, as well as expansion of BBH's EMDR/Structural dissociation intensive and group therapy programs.
Cassidi's style can be described as supportive, direct and challenging with some fun thrown in the mix. It takes an immense amount of strength and courage to begin your counseling and healing journey. My name is Susan Locke, and I am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the state of Arizona under the supervision of Cassidi Beckstein (LPC). I am dedicated to supporting clients on their journey to healing and growth. With nearly a decade of experience in counseling and a background in substance abuse counseling, I bring a deep understanding of mental health and holistic well-being to my practice. I hold a Master of Education in Education Psychology and a Postgraduate Certification in School Counseling. Currently, I am also working on a Ph.D. in Health Science, further enriching my perspective on wellness.
I am a mental health counselor who provides support and guidance to clients struggling with addiction, stress, depression, relationship conflicts, grief, and abuse. I also enjoy helping clients develop skills to reach their academic, personal, and career goals, observing their interests, strengths, and weaknesses to offer guidance on educational or career choices.
In my therapeutic practice, I utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), among others. I prioritize warmth, authenticity, and respect, creating a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions. I believe in the individual's resilience and their capacity for growth, offering empathy and support every step of the way. My goal is to help clients change behaviors and thought patterns that make life with ADHD difficult, work through self-esteem issues common with ADHD, and teach coping techniques to control symptoms and better manage tasks.

My name is Tyller West, and I am an intern working under the supervision of Courtney Tiller, LCSW and Cassidi Beckstein, LPC. I am also a master’s degree student in Northern Arizona University’s clinical mental health counseling program. I received my Bachelor’s in applied human behavior from Northern Arizona University, where I developed a strong foundation in understanding human behavior and emotions. During my undergrad, I worked to provide suicide education and prevention (a deep passion of mine) through co-presenting at the Southwestern School for Behavioral Health Studies conference.
As a counseling intern, I am honored to work with individuals from various backgrounds and walks of life. I am deeply committed to empowering clients to overcome challenges, build resilience, and live fulfilling lives. By combining my passion for counseling, knowledge in CBT and DBT, and interest in grief and trauma, I strive to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
My therapeutic style is characterized by warmth, authenticity, and respect for each individual’s unique journey. I aim to create a safe and non-judgmental space through the use of a multicultural and cognitive behavioral lens, where clients can process their emotions and thoughts. Giuliana strives to provide a safe space to explore the self, seeking insight and self-awareness, learning and developing the skills, tools, and supports to allow for engagement in a rich, meaningful, satisfying, and balanced life. With over 13 years of experience in the field, Giuliana has worked in a variety of settings including residential (adult & adolescent), prisons, inpatient health/mental health agencies, and outpatient clinics. She has experience working with relationship issues, grief, phase of life transitions, gerontology, intellectual disabilities, ASD, substance dependency, anxiety, depression, self-esteem/self-worth, dissociative disorders, trauma & PTSD. Giuliana takes a wholistic approach to treatment, addressing the whole person and their environment, utilizing an integrative approach.

My name is Courtney Tiller, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Arizona. I received my bachelor’s in science from the University of New Mexico and my masters in Social Work from the University of Denver. Following some time in Idaho, my family and I relocated to Arizona to continue my career in Social Work.
I enjoy working with teens and adults through an individualized and tailored process to ensure that each of my clients is getting the most effective service. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, ASD, ADHD, self-esteem, relationship issues, trauma and PTSD.

Hello! My name is Charity Sutherland and I am a licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the state of Arizona under the supervision of Cassidi Beckstein (LPC). I received my bachelors in Social Work in 2020 and recently graduated with my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
I love working with young adults who are wanting to gain a better understanding of who they are as a person while also striving to improve their overall well-being. I find my passion in helping them feel whole and regain their joy in life.
It can be terrifying to take the first step in seeking help to strengthen your mental health. Consequently, I take extra steps to ensure that the environment is welcoming, relaxing, and safe for everyone. I take pride in being authentic with each of my clients while being empathetic to their individual experiences. Others have described my counseling style as relaxed, inviting, supportive, collaborative, and personal, with hints of humor throughout. I often take a center-person approach while utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) methods. My name is Jacki Richardson, and I am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the state of Arizona, under the supervision of Cassidi Beckstein (LPC). I am also a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). I received both my Bachelors in Psychology and my Masters in Counselor Education - Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Montana. Following my graduation, I relocated to Arizona to begin my career as a counselor!
