Licensed Associate Counselor

**Accepting in person and telehealth clients with immediate availability! INN with Aetna, BCBS and Cigna**

My name is Cass and I am a Licensed Associate Counselor with a background in trauma informed care, having worked with non-profits and practices that primarily focus on underrepresented clients. I graduated with my Master of Science in Clinical Counseling and Mental Health from the University of the Southwest in 2024. My therapeutic style is rooted in a client-centered approach paired with evidenced-based practices such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Having worked with teens, families, couples, and adult individuals from a myriad of backgrounds, I provide a safe, judgment-free zone full of empathy and acceptance, and aim to ensure each individual feels they are not walking alone while on their unique path.

I believe therapy should be where you feel safe, heard, understood, supported and comfortable to explore, grow, and heal. The first step in seeking therapy can be a scary one, but it is also a monumental moment full of strength. As such, I am here to support and encourage that strength and meet each client where they’re at. Not one person is the same, and understanding the uniqueness of each person, situation, and life helps move us towards each individualized goal. Every client is the expert in their own lives, and thus each treatment plan is tailored to each individual.

I am honored to provide collaborative care and walk alongside you as you work towards growth, authenticity, healing, and every other possible goal.
