Hi All! I am a passionate and empathetic licensed therapist (LMSW) who has over 10 years of counseling experience , working with adults, children and families of all kinds. Being open and vulnerable is a huge step into your healing journey so I am so proud of you for taking this amazing step yourself! I love being a guide to help and support you all in whatever ways will work best for your individual journeys.

I help my clients with a variety of challenges such as generalized anxiety, depression and mood disorders, OCD, social anxiety, mens issues, self-injurious behaviors, gender identity, trauma, anger, self- esteem, grief & loss, life stressors, family and relationship issues (includes generational trauma issues), life changes, pre/post partum perinatal mental health issues and eating disorders. I am a LGBTQIA+ ally and provide affirmative care. I love working with teenagers and adults in whatever stage of healing they come through my door in.

I really enjoy and have honed my skills in working with men’s mental health issues, attachment and relational/complex trauma, and Anxiety and Depression issues. I have advanced training in CBT for anxiety and depression, ERP (Exposure Response and Prevention) for OCD, IFS (Internal Family Systems) and Trauma Focused-CBT for trauma, as well as DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), and Emotion Focused Family Therapy for family work.
Through active listening, warmth and empathy, support, education, and processing, I will help you heal, grow and regain your excitement for life! My greatest strength as a therapist is providing you a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space to explore yourselves and make positive life changes to keep evolving and thriving. I graduated from Arizona State University with both a Bachelor’s degree and Master degree in Social Work.

On the weekends and free time you can find me indulging in karaoke or trivia, having game nights with friends, or being at some live cultural event or concert with my husband. I fully believe in the power of change and I am here for you a thousand percent!
